Let us examine what Microsoft Work Trends Survey of 31,000 people across 31 countries revealed. 

So how do we fix that relationship building and that closeness?

PWC and Munster University in Germany conducted a study in Saxony around the us of immersive technologies and 3D meetings and the impacts on employees,  the highlights are below.

Context first - the study contrasted meetings held in 2D Teams , Zoom, Google Meet with those of 3D immersive meetings.

Now we have painted the lessons taken from the research Microsoft Labs, Deloitte, Gallup and PWC & Munster have undertaken, what are the answers?

Unsurprisingly, Microsoft have pointed their engineering teams at addressing the issues. Not many understand the extension of the new Product level their adding to Teams, currently called Microsoft Mesh or their strengthening partnership with Meta to produce new levels of Immersive meetings and environments.
