Failure to comply results in unlimited fines and a 2 year prison sentence.
In scope are the Design Build and Operation of defined tall buildings
A Golden thread - digital trail of accountability legally has to run between these three stages of a building for its life (30 years plus)
The objective to make sure no one deviates from an approved design in the build or operating , maintenance of the building.
